Assault - 200 block 1st Ave. S

Two men are facing assault charges following an incident at a shopping centre, on Friday.On April 4, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., Patrol officers were dispatched to a mall in the 200 block of 1st Avenue South. A man had reportedly been assaulted and the suspects were said to have boarded a City Transit bus. Upon arrival, Police located a 31-year-old man on the sidewalk suffering from non-life threatening injuries. The investigation showed that the victim was sitting on the ground when three individuals
