Arrests - Weekend Bear Spray Incidents

Three people were arrested over the weekend in connection to separate incidents of bear spray deployments.(25-34308)Shortly before 8:00 a.m., March 14, 2025, patrol responded to a weapons-call in the 500 block of Avenue X South after it was reported two youth, ages 7 and 8, were suffering from the effects of bear spray.
