Arrests - Weapons Investigation - 1600 Block Ruth Street

Two men were arrested and charged on Friday after Police found them in possession of numerous weapons.At approximately 9:00 a.m., September 25, 2020, Patrol officers responded to the 1600 block of Ruth Street East after it was reported that two males had arrived in a vehicle and were causing a disturbance.
