Arrests - Stabbing - 23rd Street and Avenue J North

Three persons have been arrested following a stabbing last night. At approximately 8:50 p.m., September 19, 2018, Police responded to the area of 23rd Street and Avenue J North to a report of a stabbing. Officers located four people in close proximity of the scene, one of which was observed to be riding a bike while carrying a machete in her hand.
