Arrests - Kidnapping For Ransom

Five people have been arrested following a report of a kidnapping yesterday.On July 24, 2025, police received a report of an ongoing kidnapping; a man had been contacted by his son who informed him he’d been kidnapped by multiple people and was being held against his will in a vehicle. The suspects were demanding a large sum of money for the release of the victim. Through investigation, police located the vehicle in the 900 block of Weldon Avenue.
