Arrest/Assault Officer - 300 blk 23rd St. E

One man was arrested following a disturbance yesterday afternoon.At approximately 4:30 p.m., January 26, 2023, Patrol members attended to an address in the 300 block of 23rd Street East for a report of an individual causing a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers located a man in front of the address carrying drug paraphernalia. He appeared to be agitated and under the influence of an intoxicant.
