A man is facing weapons charges after being found in possession of a homemade conducted energy weapon (CEW) and bear spray.Shortly before 3:00 p.m., February 18, 2025, patrol officers responded to a motel in the 1400 block of 22nd Street West after it was reported a man was armed with a CEW in the lobby.
