Arrest - Impaired Driving / Evade Police

One woman was arrested following an evade police incident early this morning.At around 3:30 a.m. on September 28. 2026, officers patrolling in the area of 8th Street East and Cumberland Avenue South observed a vehicle being driven at a high rate of speed. As officers continued to monitor the vehicle, it was believed the driver may be under the influence of an intoxicant.
