Arrest - CEW Deployment - Dalmeny Road and 33rd Street

A man has been arrested and charged with assault after an incident in which a conducted energy weapon was deployed.At approximately 2:30 a.m., August 31, 2017, the Air Support Unit observed a fire and persons in bushes near Dalmeny Road and 33rd Street. Upon arrival, Patrol members located a man sleeping.
