Arrest - CEW Deployment - 36th Street West and Avenue C North

A man is facing charges after attempting to flee from officers and resisting arrest earlier this morning. At approximately 5:15 a.m., June 6, 2019, Patrol officers observed a man riding a bicycle that was not equipped with a horn or bell in the area of 36th Street West and Avenue C North. Further investigation revealed that he was also a person of interest in two break and enter files and as officers attempted to take him into custody, he attempted to run away. A short struggle ensued
