Arrest - Assault Police Officer - 400 Block Avenue X South

A man was arrested after deploying bear spray at police officers last week. At approximately 5:45 a.m., June 26, 2020, Patrol officers had attended to the 400 block of Avenue X South to investigate reports of a gunshot. The officers attempted to speak to two males who were seen walking in the area when one male began to run from them. Also on foot, Police attempted to catch up to this male when he deployed bear spray toward them. Police were unable to locate him afterwards. One of the
