Another extreme cold warning issued for Saskatoon

A bitterly cold night is in store for Saskatoon.
Environment Canada issued an extreme cold warning shortly after 3 p.m. Saturday, warning of extreme wind chills of -40 C or colder overnight into Sunday.
An Arctic ridge of high pressure building through the prairies is to blame, Environment Canada said.
