An extreme cold warning remains in effect for another day in Saskatoon

Environment Canada’s extreme cold warning for Saskatoon has extended into Wednesday in Saskatoon and is expected to be continued or reissued for much of the southern half of the province later in the day.
The extreme cold is the culmination of a clear sky, 10 to 15 kilometre per hour wind and a lingering Arctic air mass, Environment Canada says in the statement about the warning. Wind chill values are expected to be within the -38 C to -44 C range on Wednesday morning.
