Almost 200 construction-zone speeding tickets, 400 impaired driving tickets issued in July: SGI

Nearly 200 drivers were ticketed for speeding in construction zones around Saskatchewan in July, according to SGI.
According to SGI’s monthly traffic safety numbers released Monday, a total of 182 tickets were issued: 177 for exceeding the 60 kilometre-per-hour work-zone speed limit while passing highway workers or occupied highway equipment, and another five tickets for speeding in construction zones where a flag person is present.
