All-star receiver Duron Carter returning for second season with Saskatchewan Roughriders

Days before he was set to become a free agent, star receiver Duron Carter has signed a one-year contract extension with the Saskatchewan Roughriders.
Carter, 26, will remain with the Riders for at least one more season after joining the team in January 2017, the team announced Monday.
