A 49 year old male has been charged with Aggravated Assault following a domestic disturbance.On November 15, 2018, at 4:20 p.m., Police received a report of a domestic disturbance in the 600 block of 45th Street West, possibly involving weapons.Upon attending, Police located a 49 year old woman with a severe head injury and learned she had been attacked with a hatchet.  She was rushed to the hospital and is currently listed in serious, but stable condition.A 49 year old male suspect had ini
