Absentee ambulances outlined in Saskatoon

Medavie Health Services West is experiencing a shortage of ambulances in the city of Saskatoon, but officials say it’s due to offload delays taking place at Saskatoon city hospitals.
On average, Medavie, which operates Saskatoon’s ambulance service, reported an average of 40 incidents a month in which a unit wasn’t available.
