‘A lot of variables’ why misidentification can happen: Coroner’s Office

The Coroner’s Office said Monday that there are “a lot of variables,” significant trauma for example, that can lead to misidentifying a victim after it was determined a Humboldt Broncos bus crash victim had been misidentified.
