WATCH | Couple out $10,000 after fraudulent e-transfers from BMO account

Alana and Caleb Regnier woke up on March 14 with $10,000 missing from their Bank of Montreal account. BMO clients from all over Canada have reported a collective $1.5 million in losses. The bank says it is 'determined' to work with government and policy makers 'to help Canadians defend themselves against scams.'
