Tod Fox wants Saskatoon to spend "a dime" per resident to fix intersection where wife was killed

Tod Fox was back at Saskatoon council for a second time to lobby for changes to the intersection where his wife, Natasha Fox, was struck and killed while she was riding her bicycle. Council is debating spending $25,000 to follow recommendations that would improve the College Drive and Wiggins Avenue intersection, where Natasha died.
