STF president 'incredibly disappointed' Sask. government won't agree to binding arbitration

The Sask. Teachers' Federation says it would immediately suspend job action if the government were to agree to binding arbitration to address issues of class size and complexity. But Education Minister Jeremy Cockrill says binding arbitration is not something the government is looking at.
