Saskatoon's mayor says damaged weir buoys could take 'weeks' to fix

Saskatoon Mayor Cynthia Block says a broken buoy line intended to warn river-goers about the weir could take weeks to fix, but that the city issued repeated warnings to stay off the dangerously high river. A missing Jet Skier has been identified as a 32-year-old from Mexico.
