Saskatoon council rejects pleas to preserve Preston Avenue, endorses changes

Saskatoon city council approved changes for 35 properties in 12 neighbourhoods throughout the city where owners opted into changes that will allow mixed-use developments with residential and commercial components to be built in buildings as high as seven storeys.
