Saskatoon council backs arena talks with Muskeg Lake Cree Nation

Muskeg Lake Cree Nation Chief Kelly Wolfe speculated about the possibility of a professional hockey team — a longtime obsession in Gordie Howe's hometown — as Saskatoon city council unanimously approved talks with Muskeg Lake to partner for the $1.2-billion arena district.
