Saskatoon city hall pulls plug on YMCA operating Harry Bailey pool

The YMCA plans to speak to Saskatoon city council this month about its model for operating a new recreation centre and pool on the east side of the city. City hall rejected the idea of a partnership to run the Harry Bailey Aquatic Centre when it reopens.
