Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation not satisfied with province's initial proposal for new contract

The Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation says a proposed collective bargaining agreement that offers a three per cent pay raise in 2023 and two per cent increases in both 2024 and 2025 doesn't go far enough.
