Sask. struggles to recruit, retain techs as demand for mammograms grows

The supply issue in the province is under a microscope as the Ministry of Health continues its phased approach to lower the age qualification for mammogram booking without a doctor's referral. Women 43 and older now qualify; those over 40 expected to qualify by June.
