Regina caterer teams up with customer to open new Persian restaurant Sumac

When Aria Rahimbakhsh learned his favourite Persian caterer in Regina was considering moving cities, he suggested teaming up to start a business. Sumac Persian Restaurant, Bakery and Grocery opened its doors earlier this year, offering delectable Persian food and baked goods, as well as stocking Persian groceries.
