Privacy commissioner says Sask. Health Authority should have been more proactive in snooper investigation

Saskatchewan's privacy commissioner found that the Sask. Health Authority acted appropriately to identify a nurse who was snooping into medical records, but didn't do enough to inform the victims or protect against future breaches.
