Man who started northern Sask. wildfire should serve 10 years, Crown argues

Jason Halkett was in Montreal Lake provincial court on Thursday for sentencing arguments. He pleaded guilty earlier this year to arson causing damage to property for starting the fire that became the Ditch 2 wildfire last year.
