Heavy rains forecast, funnel clouds possible for parts of Sask.

An alert from Environment and Climate Change Canada says conditions are favourable for the development of funnel clouds in an area that includes Prince Albert, North Battleford and Meadow Lake, and heavy rainfall is expected in a northwest section of the province that includes La Loche.
