Flooding prompts Swift Current, Sask., to apply for provincial assistance for 2nd time this year

Parts of Swift Current saw about 75 millimetres of rain in about an hour and a down-pour of pea-sized hail on Saturday evening. Flooding prompted the city to apply for the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program for the second time this year.
