Fertilizer emission reductions, crime high on agenda at SARM convention

A resolution opposing the federal government's policy goal of reducing fertilizer emissions by 30 per cent of 2020 levels by 2030 was a hot topic at the Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities midterm convention.
