Family's gift gives animals a new home in Swift Current

A $4.5 million bequest from the Stauber family largely funded the new SPCA shelter for southwest Saskatchewan. The facility is more than four times the size of the old shelter and will increase the SPCA's capacity by up to 240 per cent.
