Elders, programming suffering after Carry the Kettle First Nation's band money frozen

Numerous programs and services on Carry the Kettle First Nation, about 100 kilometres east of Regina, are not getting the funding they need due to an internal governance dispute in the community. Elders are among those already feeling the impacts.
