Crowning the next Miss First Nations University of Canada ambassador

The First Nations University of Canada held its spring powwow over the weekend and it was the biggest one in years. A highlight of the event is the crowning of a new ambassador. The winner receives money as well as support to travel around to powwows and communities. She will also wear a beaded crown made by artist Garry Gott.
