2nd appeal filed for million-dollar Saskatoon house that violates height limits

The owners of a house in Saskatoon's Nutana neighbourhood have filed a second appeal to the city's development appeals board. But, even with proposed changes, the million-dollar house would still defy the city's height restriction.
