150th anniversay of Treaty 4 is a celebration for all

A week of activities starting Monday in Fort Qu'Appelle, Sask., will mark the 150th anniversary of the signing of Treaty 4. The gathering runs until Sunday and features commemoration ceremonies, a feast, a powwow and forums for youth, citizens, elders and chiefs.
