1 dead, 1 in critical condition after carbon monoxide incident in Regina

One person is dead from carbon monoxide poisoning, following an incident Friday at a building in Regina. That person was pronounced dead at the scene, and a second person was taken to hospital in critical condition, an update from the City of Regina said on Monday.
