SPS Board approves 2027 operating budget, waits for updated capital plan

The Sarnia Police Service Board (SPS Board) has approved an updated 2027 operating budget of $40.9 million, representing an increase of 5.81 per cent.In 2025, the previous board approved a two-year budget, which included a 5.28 per cent increase for 2027.
