Sarnia Man Faces Child Pornography Charges

A 24-year-old Sarnia man has been arrested after allegedly trying to lure an underage girl from the state of Illinois.
On September 6, Sarnia police got a call from the Wood River Police Department saying a local man had been communicating with a female minor for a sexual purpose on the internet.
The following day, members of the The Sarnia Police Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit executed a search warrant at the suspect’s home. Officers allegedly seized computers and other materials
