Sarnia-Lambton MPP Bob Bailey’s new parliamentary assistant post is close to home. The long-serving Progressive Conservative MPP who grew up in the Enniskillen Township community of Oil City was appointed parliamentary assistant to Rural Affairs Minister Lisa Thompson. “It’s one of the ones I put down as a preference, if I got moved,” Bailey said. “Coming from small town, rural Ontario, it’s something I have a lot of interest in.” Premier Doug Ford anno
