Petrolia heritage lawn sign project honours town veterans

A new project in Petrolia is marking the service of 25 of the town’s veterans and promising to do the same for others. The veteran recognition project is a partnership of the Petrolia heritage advisory committee and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 216. It has created lawn signs honouring 25 veterans and set them up at addresses where the individuals lived when they entered the service, or where family members live now.
