Lambton College launches food research hub

Lambton College is kicking its food innovation research up a notch.The Sarnia school recently announced a three-year, $225,000 RBC Foundation donation creating its new hub for sustainable food innovation.The No. 5-ranked research college in Canada, based on Research Infosource Inc. 2025 rankings, already was conducting projects with companies looking into sustainable agriculture, packaging, and things like using AI to regulate controlled environments for plant growth, said strategic initiatives
