Lambton College celebrates graduates during convocation ceremonies Tuesday at Sarnia campus

Alix Emmrich had one more exam to get through after crossing the stage Tuesday morning at Lambton College’s convocation.The Waterloo resident graduated from a two-year program at the college in Sarnia and is working for Lambton Emergency Medical Services, but still faced a six-hour provincial exam Wednesday to become certified as a paramedic.“We’re all still kind of on edge and a little bit nervous, but it will be good,” Emmrich said while waiting in a college classroom
