Keep Me Safe youth sports program offered again this year in Sarnia area

A free education program to help adults keep children in sports safe from abuse and maltreatment is available again this year in the Sarnia area.Keep Me Safe was launched last year by Athletes Empowered in partnership with the Sarnia-Lambton Children’s Aid Society and offers in-person presentations to organizations about how to give adults tools and knowledge to keep children involved in athletics safe.About $24,000 in funding from Canadian Tire’s Jumpstart funded the pilot project
