A Sarnia celebration of books was a long time coming for Jessica Genovy.The organizer behind Saturday’s inaugural Sarnia Bookfest – a free showcase of local and independent authors, featuring activities like scavenger hunts, bookmark making, and a “blind date with a book,” where readers picked and purchased books without knowing their titles – said it’s something she’s been hoping to do for years.“I’ve always loved books,” said Genovy,
