Impaired driver crashes through Imperial Oil security gate: Sarnia police

A Sarnia resident has been arrested and charged with impaired driving, impersonation, and resisting arrest after a pickup truck crashed through a security gate at Imperial Oil late Monday night, Sarnia police say. Officers were sent to the refinery on Imperial Avenue around 11:30 p.m. after the collision and found a man who appeared to be impaired. He was also unco-operative, gave the officers a fake name, and resisted arrest, police said. He was eventually identified by his driver’s lice
