Wintry windchill, risk of flurries overnight

The fall’s first windchill is in the forecast with an overnight low that will feel like -9 and the risk of flurries.
Wednesday is expected to be mainly cloudy with a 60 percent chance of showers. Winds switch from southwest 20 km/h to northwest 30 gusting to 50 near noon and the temperature will climb to 10 C then drop to 7 C by afternoon.
