Will the Liberal government’s Defence Investment plan be released at CANSEC?

There has been a lot of talk in Ottawa these days about the expected release of the Liberal government’s Defence Investment plan.
This is considered the second phase of the government’s defence policy. The plan is supposed to provide details on the investments the Liberals will make in equipment for the Canadian Forces, reportedly over the next five years.
